Leading AI across the business
I lead the global remit for productivity AI and enterprise AI. My focus is to make priorities, governance, and responsibilities clear, and support teams from the first use case through to delivery and adoption.

I led change management for the standalone business’s transformation, covering all business process domains. Alongside the platform deployment, my remit included governance, portfolio management, and the technology operating model.
